- A full stock take is a major event for any business — this module schedules your stock checks, provides the tools to carry out the work efficiently and keeps you abreast of your accuracy and discrepancy rates.
- Stock checks may be manually selected based on warehouse locations, bin locations, aisles etc or may be automatically scheduled based on user-defined criteria
- Automated Scheduling with user-defined tables to enable the user to specify how many times items should be counted each year.
- The system generates stock take reports or stock take tickets which can be used in the physical stock counting process.
- Statistics on discrepancies, accuracy and number of counts are maintained against each stock record.
- A Stock Take Planner report provides an overview of stock checking activity during the year and a calendar is used to define any days not available for checking— e.g. bank holidays, shutdowns etc
