As well as the main modules, MADICS has a variety of supplementary modules to further enhance the MADICS Business software and to provide you with greater functionality.

To assist you in offering your customers a stock holding for which they will only be invoiced by you once the stock has been used or sold there is the Sales Consignment Documentation add on to MADICS or a more sophisticated Customer Stock Management System. If you have a trade counter then again MADICS has software to help you - from selling the right product to reconciling the tills.

MADICS can integrate with a variety of Post Code databases to provide you with address verification or fast address entry. Using Computer Telephony Integration the sales order desk can be "screen popped" to your customers account ready to offer a personalised service and take the customers order the moment the telephone call is answered.

Bar Coding of stock to ensure fast and accurate processing has been available within MADICS for many years and now extends to the Workshop Repair system and the Equipment Hire module.

The MADICS software can be linked to your carrier's software system, to your web site or to your customers or suppliers (for example by EDI or E-Commerce links). MADICS can even link to your telephone system with for example screen popping into the appropriate account in the MADICS Sales Order Desk when an incoming telephone call is received. 

MADICS will link to many payroll systems, for example to post the payroll journals into the the Nominal Ledger or your bank automated payments system or posting the MADICS Clock Card data into the payroll.

The MADICS Equipment Hire module provides controls and invoicing facilities for the equipment hire business, whilst the Workshop Service & Repairs module provides recording and control systems for maintenance workshops and repair centres, complete with Calibration and Certification processes.

The MADICS Contract Management module is used to provide you with Job Costing information against a budget so that for example if you want to know the real cost of a marketing campaign including the cost of the postage, the stationery, the printing etc, you can do this easily without having to analyse your nominal ledger transactions.

The MADICS Inventory Management and Demand Forecasting take your stock control from a chore to a science, using industry approved algorithms to help you to predict future stock levels, place purchase orders more efficiently, identify seasonality and determine which products you shouldn't be stocking at all.

As Madics Systems is the author and creator of the MADICS software we can program additional functionality into the core product to suit your business requirements. Thus you can remain on "standard" software from a single supplier rather than trying to co-ordinate software vendors and distributors.
