  • Your Sales Representative can take an order or enquiry from your customer whilst on their premises with the customer looking at the screen.

  • The “Offline” order or enquiry is then transmitted back to the office by Email and an order or enquiry is created in MADICS Order Desk.

  • Your customers can use MADICS Offline in the same way as your Sales Representatives.

  • No re-keying of the data is necessary, thus reducing errors.

  • Customer Activities can be logged “offline” and updated on to your MADICS server including any attachments in Microsoft Word.

  • Internal and External Sales teams use the same data thus reducing confusion and negating the need to retain two separate databases with “the same” data.

  • A history of orders placed “offline” is retained on the Sales Representatives or Customers PC.
