  • Analysing and manipulating your key business data is an everyday requirement for any organisation.

  • The MADICS program includes a scheduler to allow unattended updates and options to restrict data access to specific modules.


  • Microsoft Access provides a comprehensive set of data query and reporting tools to assist the user in manipulating the MADICS data. For larger databases there are versions that use SQL 2005, including Express, or later.

  • Users familiar with Microsoft Excel may prefer to create spreadsheets drawing on MADICS data which can be refreshed each time the MADICS database is updated.

  • In addition it is possible to use any of the industry standard PC Report Writers and business tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos BI and SQL Reporting Tools to manipulate the MADICS data.

  • The optional MADICS Dataview Add-on provides a very simple easy to use program to extract quick reports, addresses or lists from your MADICS in Access Data files.
