- Each invoice and credit note produced from MADICS is stored as an individual print file, under its unique tax document number.

- Invoice re-prints can be produced instantly — simply highlight the required invoice in Credit Control Desk and request a duplicate — the invoice is reprinted immediately onto your standard invoice forms.
- Store invoice copies in low cost electronic archive storage instead of having the cost and time spent on filing paper copies.
- Invoice files can be stored to CD or optical disk and retrieved simply and quickly.
