There is little point in having the best software for your business if your employees can’t or won’t use it.

At the start of the implementation process Madics will suggest an implementation plan based upon your preferred implementation style, whether this is a pyramid training or whole company training approach, a big bang or a gradual changeover. At this point the charges for the implementation process can be fixed, or we can work on a time-based fee if you prefer. At all points through the implementation process, Madics personnel will help to guide you through the potential problem areas and monitor performance against the agreed timetable to ensure that the declared objectives are met.

Before your employees see the new software they should be open to new ideas to improve the way they work. Madics can help you with this Change Management process at whatever level of your company is most appropriate. You staff should then be able to look at the new features available in the MADICS software and decide whether the software should be set-up to work with their current processes or the processes should be changed to work best with the software.

The application software training sessions can be carried out at your offices or in our training rooms and are backed up by on-line help documentation and a trained support team. The Madics personnel that carry out your training will usually have the practical knowledge of having used the MADICS software in a real business environment so they know more than just the theory of how it can be used.
