  • Sales enquiries and quotations are generated via the Sales Order Desk or by way of an XML message from a sales representative.

  • Sales staff have full access to previous order patterns, sales history, sales notes, product availability, sales and technical text specifications.

  • Integrated faxing of quotations direct from MADICS.

  • Internal notes against enquiry/quotation and separate follow-up notes provide complete history of events throughout the life of an enquiry.

  • On selection of a prospect from the database , the system will automatically display any live enquiries already on file and provide access to previous enquiry history if present.

  • On selection of enquiry to follow-up, facilities to record details of call in an action file and mark additional follow-up dates.

  • Conversion of enquiry into sales order for all or selected lines, for both existing customers and prospects placing first order.

  • Lost enquiries analysed by user defined reason codes.
