- Links your MADICS Mail Shot routine in Sales Order Management with the Microsoft Office suite by creating Microsoft Outlook Address Books directly from your desktop.
- The standard Mail Shot routine currently provides facilities to create a CSV file for use as a data source in an MS Word Mail Merge.
- With the new E-Mail Shot feature enabled, the Mail Shot routine provides options to create an Outlook Address Book for those selected customer and prospect contacts with email addresses only, fax numbers, contacts without either or for the entire selection.
- MADICS creates an Outlook Address Book in the user’s Outlook Personal Folders referenced by a user-defined name.
- Once created, the Outlook Address Book can be used to Email or Fax to all contacts in the Address Book.
- Other MS Applications, such as Word can be used to generate paper or fax mail shots from the created Address Book.
