At Madics we pride ourselves in supplying you with the highest quality of software and service, leaving you with the feeling that every penny you spend with us represents good value and that your business has improved as a direct result of the investment. We will never strive to be the cheapest but we will keep striving to be the best.
 
You must be totally satisfied with what we do for you - otherwise we will not charge you for it. Our aim is to achieve more than we both thought possible. All calls, letters, faxes and emails will be answered promptly. If the person you require is out of the office, other members of the team will do their utmost to help deal with your requirements.
 
When making an appointment with you we will be there on time. If we are behind schedule and at risk of arriving late we will always notify you in advance. If this lateness causes us to continue working after 5.30pm to complete the work, you will not be charged for our time after that point.
 
All information provided by you or seen by us during our work will be treated as strictly confidential.
 
We will switch off mobile telephones before entering your premises and will be contacted by our office, through you, only in extreme circumstances. Whilst you are paying for our time and attention, we will be focused purely on your needs.
 
All that we do for you and with you will be carried out in a professional manner and at all times with a smile on our faces - we all have to work so why not have fun while doing it!
